Ahp decision making softyware3/6/2023 The method at first includes a classification of mechanical hazards and applicable safety devices, then introduces an exhaustive list of 15 factors useful to judge the suitability of safety devices for comparison purposes. In this paper, a systematic methodology for selecting safety measures aimed at reducing mechanical hazards of industrial machinery is presented. The choice of a safety device involves multiple criteria decision making and a ranking of alternatives according to often contrasting performance measures. Safety of machines is often guaranteed or enhanced by safety devices. Safe machines make a major contribution to personnel safety on the workplace. However, while texting prevention and IVDR are not likely to be widely accepted and used, collision warning and voice control apps are expected to gain public support. The results clearly define the desirable types of smartphone apps: collision warning, texting prevention (both no-typing and no-reading), voice control (both text-to-speech and commands), and Green Box (In Vehicle Data Recorder – IVDR). When weighing safety considerations versus acceptance concerns, they were found to be almost equally important. Thirty seven experts participated in the study and evaluated and graded nine widespread types of apps according to various criteria. The study is based on apps mapping and experts' opinions retrieved through an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The purpose of this paper is to establish a blueprint for smartphone apps that will have the greatest potential to reduce injury crashes. However, it is still unclear which apps should be favored and what features and functions compose such valuable apps. While being a major cause of risk, smartphones apps may also serve as a means to control and reduce risky driving behavior. Smartphone usage while driving is a worldwide phenomenon which is acknowledged as a major concern for road safety. They ranked the least preferred software as RETScreen (VIKOR method) and ORCED (COPRAS method). The article observed a difference between the fuzzy VIKOR and COPRAS solution for ranking the most preferred software the most preferred option using the Fuzzy VIKOR is the BCHP screening tool, and HOMER for the COPRAS method. The performance of the framework was compared with that of the complex proportional assessment (COPRAS) method. A framework that combines fuzzy entropy method and fuzzy-VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) was used to rank HRES simulation software. This paper's central contribution is to provide academics, tutors, and researchers in the field of renewable energy system sizing with an idea on how to proficiently and effectively deploy multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approaches in HRES sizing and optimisation software selection problems. The appraisal and selection of HRES sizing and optimisation software have become crucial for instructors and learners being prepared for the industry. Hence, selecting particular software for teaching renewable energy modules for the training of students at a university level is essential. Of course, this has also precipitated the need for more renewable energy expert grounded in hybrid renewable energy system (HRES) software to support the growing industry. The calls for actions to combat climate change have resulted in renewable energy adoption and, consequently, an emerging renewable energy industry.
